Our interlocking cup sleeves are supplied with two slits on either end which interlock together to create your finished custom cup sleeve. For larger order quantities, these interlocking cup covers are the most cost-effective. Create your own sleeves design or leave it up to us! Using personalised cup sleeves allows you to change your design with every new promotion. Add variable data so each cup is individual and unique!
Our printed coffee sleeves offer the perfect space to share your QR code, a quick and easy way for customers to view your socials/website or event! Available in the following sizes; 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz – our paper sleeves can fit most paper cups.
An added bonus for these interlocking cup sleeves is that they can be printed double sided! Add more information to the inside of the sleeve, or why not rotate between two designs. Save money and time!
Interlocking Cup Sleeve Printing Options
Add stability to your printed cup sleeves by adding lamination, we offer matt or soft-touch for a natural look/feel, gloss for added shine or silk for a clean look. Are you hosting an exclusive event? Why not add foiling? Your cup protectors will be an eye-catching display which draws customers in!
Printed in 4 colour (CMYK) on either silk paper (300-350gsm), uncoated paper (300gsm-350gsm), 100% recycled uncoated paper (300gsm-350gsm) or kraft paper (280gsm-300gsm) your printed coffee sleeves will be eye-catching and long lasting!
*Cups NOT Included, sleeves are non-insulating, so they will still conduct heat from hot drinks, they are to be used as a promotional marketing product. They will fit a standard 12 oz/355ml cup, large 16oz/473ml cup and Small 8oz/236ml or 4oz/118ml espresso cup.

Are custom coffee cup sleeves heat resistant?
No, they are not heat resistant. They’re function is to add branding to your generic cup. They can also be used as a silicone coffee cup sleeve which will mean less heat is transferred.
What in included in the “free design”?
Due to the small surface area, we can offer free design! This offer is for 1 design containing logo and typography. We will need to use existing brand elements and company logos. This free-design service will produce print-ready artwork that we can use to print to the highest standard. All designs are proofed before printing, this ruling out mistakes.
What size cups do your sleeves suit?
Our sleeves are designed to fit the following size cups; 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz. Each flat sleeve size can be found on our
templates page.
Can I add lamination to my cup sleeve?
Yes, you can add lamination to your coffee clutches. However, this will add costs and make the sleeves non-recyclable.
Can I recycle these cup sleeves?
Yes! One of the benefits of these cup covers is that they are eco-friendly and can be disposed of in any recycling bin!
