Turnaround Times
Production times are based on working days only, from Monday to Friday, and do not include bank holidays. Your cup sleeve order will move into production once payment has been completed and your artwork has been approved for print before 10 a.m. Artwork signed off after this cut-off will usually be scheduled from the following working day.
Turnaround estimates are intended as a general guide rather than a fixed guarantee. Timings can be affected by the quantity ordered, chosen materials, print and finishing requirements, production workload, courier capacity, and circumstances beyond our control.
We do everything possible to keep your order progressing efficiently, from artwork approval through to dispatch. Our aim is to produce your printed cup sleeves quickly while still maintaining the finish, accuracy, and consistency your brand expects.

Postage
We offer free delivery on all cup sleeve orders sent to mainland England and Wales, along with the Scottish Lowlands, using our selected courier service, DPD.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight can also be arranged, but these orders need to be placed by phone. At the moment, online orders cannot be accepted for delivery addresses outside mainland UK.
Please allow enough time for both production and delivery when placing your order. Turnaround times shown on product pages relate to dispatch only and do not include the time needed for courier transit.
Although we work closely with our delivery partners, courier networks are outside our direct control and occasional delays can happen, particularly during busy periods or adverse weather. If your printed cup sleeves are required for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to help meet your deadline.
