Cupsleeve Materials
Printed on 300gsm silk stock as standard, our non-thermal paper sleeves are durable and long-lasting.
As an eco-conscious company, we can help you promote your “green” ethos by offering three environmentally friendly alternatives; a white 300/350gsm uncoated stock, a 300/350gsm 100% recycled uncoated paper and a brown Kraft paper, all are fully recyclable.
Sleeve Design – Finishing
We offer two types of finishing for your custom coffee cups sleeves design, either interlocking or taped. The interlocking cup sleeve includes two slits on both ends that interlock and join the coffee sleeve whereas the taped sleeve design includes an end tab for a small piece of tape that sticks the sleeve packaging together. The taped version provides a cleaner finish without the need to hide any tabs.
We are able to supply your taped custom printed cup sleeves either flat or assembled *additional cost for assembled.
Sleeve Printing – Artwork & Design Services
We have an experienced team of designers who are able to help! Due to the small surface area of the coffee clutches, we are able to help with 1 design (containing layout and typography, using existing logos and brand elements) for free! If you are starting from scratch or need some ideas, see our Artwork Design Services for more information.
All designs created in-house will be proofed and will need to be approved before printing to ensure the artwork is mistake free!
